Mohanlal and Suriya unites for a film, informs KV Anand
This is something, which deserves to be called ‘HUGE’. Director KV Anand has taken social media corners to inform that he would be directing a project, featuring two huge stars – Mohanlal and Suriya. The movie will mark the first collaboration between the stars. To be produced by ‘Lyca Productions’, more details about the project are expected to be revealed soon in the coming days. Insider reports suggest that the movie would be made in a large canvas, capitalizing on the star power of both the stars. The information released by KV Anand, who has already worked with Suriya in a number of project, has taken the social media corners like a storm.

It is known that Suriya would join the project, soon after completing the Selvaraghavan directorial. Meanwhile, the star is also sharing screen space with Megastar Mammootty in the Telugu project ‘Yatra’. However, his appearance in the movie is of cameo in nature. KV Anand, in the past has given some mega successful projects like ‘Ayan’ and ‘Maattrraan’ to Suriya. He has also delivered the biggest solo hit of actor Jiiva – Ko. KV Anand, who has always maintained a likening towards action oriented movies, is sure to be going to make use of the action prowess of both Mohanlal and Suriya.
As far as Mohanlal is concerned with, the star is having an extremely busy schedule these days with a number of highly anticipated projects getting ready in the background. The star’s much expected ‘Odiyan’ has recently winded up the shooting procedure and has entered the post production phase. He has also completed the shooting of his portions in ‘Kunjali Marakkar’, while ‘Neerali’ is all set to hit big screens next month. It was in this week, which the title font of the debut directorial venture of Prithviraj, ‘Lucifer’ got introduced by the star, to an overwhelming response from the movie buffs. If everything goes according to the plans, then this Mohanlal – Suriya project would start rolling by the early part of 2019.
